Wes' Chips has been a beloved tradition in Arnprior since 1960, growing from a mobile chip truck into a permanent landmark on Madawaska Boulevard known throughout the Ottawa Valley and beyond. Now owned by three local women — Julie, Lisa, and Amy — the spot carries on decades of community history with the same great fries that have kept people coming back year after year. Open daily from 10am to 7pm, including all holidays, for the entirety of each season, it's a true staple of the town.
