Okonomiyaki (Japanese Savoury Pancake)

One of the most popular street food in Japan.

Available only at Umami Express in the region. Okonomiyaki Okonomiyaki is Japanese savoury pan cake made with batter of flour, egg, Dashi(fish stock), red pickled ginger, green onion and cabbage. Topped with okonomiyaki sauce(similar to mixture of ketchup & Worcestershire), Kewpie mayo, bonito flake and aonori(dried seaweed).
