Grass Fed Lamb Slice

Lamb no more than 12 months old from the Xilingol and Hulunbeir grasslands of Inner Mongolia, aged, slit and frozen. Tender and juicy without the smell of mutton. Cook for about 30 seconds after the soup boils.
