A farmhouse ale with fresh fruit notes from both hops and yeast. Wonderfully complex and refreshing with a significant tropical character. 6.8% ABV, 71 IBU

OAK BARRIERE-PINA COLADA

The barrière farmhouse ale was traditionally brewed for the miners to quench their thirst. This version features coconut and pineapple, breaking farmhouse traditions. 6.5% ABV

THOROUGHBRED

Cascade, Centennial, and Chinook hops create this amber ale with a bold character, balanced by a smooth, rich malt backbone. 6.5% ABV, 55 IBU

OAK IPA

Our most hop-forward IPA with bold, zestful hops with a predominant tropical notes of citrus, fruit, berry refreshing with clean, pine bitterness and a dry finish. 5% ABV, 55 IBU

A balanced American Pale Ale with bright hoppy aromatics of citrus, grapefruit, and pine. Medium body with a clean, crisp finish and subtle sweetness. 5.5% ABV, 15 IBU
