Brodflour is an urban mill and bakery in Toronto that sources premium heritage Canadian grain, mills it fresh on-site, and bakes it into sourdough breads, baked goods, and breakfast and lunch options daily. Founded with the goal of giving people the license to enjoy bread again, Brodflour works closely with a small group of certified organic Canadian farmers to keep nutrients and flavours intact from farm to table. Their bright, Scandinavian-inspired space on Pardee Avenue features a coffee bar and community-oriented dine-in seating, welcoming guests to break bread together.
