Velouté @ Palace Pier is a contemporary, chic bistro in Toronto that embraces a farm-to-table slow food philosophy, using locally sourced ingredients and unique preparation methods to create an intimate dining experience. Led by Executive Chef Fawzi Kotb, whose culinary background spans Paris and some of the city's most celebrated fine dining establishments, the kitchen brings a sophisticated depth of flavour to every plate.
